I am constantly on the search for fun and unique items for kidz. Well, with Kids Crooked Houses, I hit the jackpot. Created by designer Glen Halliday, Kids Crooked Houses are designed with cartoon charectors in mind. In 2006, when Halliday justs couldn't find the right playhouse for his six year old twins, he simply decided to do what most of us only imagine doing -- he built his own playhouse. He really did get the concept from watching cartoons!
Halliday's first house was built in his barn, and has since moved to a 12,000 foot facility in Maine, and now has a huge world wide clientel. Every house is cut, constructed, and painted by
hand, using only the best materials. There are ten diffent tyles to choose from: single room schoolhouse, army barracks, crooked castle, playtime diner, rusted crooked shack, backwoods crooked pit stop, princess playhouse, single train, double train, and crooked covered wagon. Prices range from around $2,300 - $5,200, and houses can be made to your individual specifications. Rest assured that these houses are built to last, and are the quintessential heirloom.
See ya later.
